What a difference a year makes!

This month is shaping up to be the opposite of its 2020 counterpart. Organizations are opening at full capacity; safe gatherings are back and there’s a feeling of rejuvenation in the air that was missing in the last year.

Not to say all of 2020 was bad. We got creative in making connection a priority, learned to conduct business differently and adjusted expectations accordingly. There were no doubt valuable lessons, but the time during a global pandemic affected us all in some manner—mentally and physically.
