Tired of bad habits and failure? Try hypnosis!
Another year has gone by and failure to achieve goals financially, physically, professionally, and spiritually continues to obstruct success.
Imagine if you could see the best in yourself and get out of your way, succeeding at what you thought you could not.
Imagine being able to read others better than you ever thought possible.
We’ve all been stuck in a lethargic mental state, disappointed in our lifestyle or failing to meet the goals we have set. At first, it’s something we might acknowledge and battle, but after years, we could become complacent and disheartened. The longer we live in this position, the more difficult it is to see change and ultimately grow into the best versions of ourselves.
We simply believe we can’t break the bad habits we’re stuck with.
As a master hypnotist trainer and a neurolinguistic programming practitioner, I have built a practice out of proving people wrong in thinking they’re stuck with bad habits, patterns, beliefs, and failures, both physically and emotionally. By engineering our minds to focus on positive habits, patterns, and beliefs, we are able to essentially remove the previous bad habits.
During the hypnosis process, people are taught how to get out of their way and learn how to be in control of their own subconscious mind. When people change their habits, patterns, and beliefs, they go through the “steps of change” process. It sounds daunting, but it’s quite easy when using the technique of hypnosis.
The steps consist of five levels the client works through before breakthroughs can be made. The first step is to finally admit they have a problem or bad habit they want to work on.
A human’s mind is 12% conscious and 88% subconscious. This causes most to analyze situations while debating, arguing, and making excuses for why we haven’t changed our bad habits, such as quitting smoking, eating healthy, and removing oneself from toxic relationships.
Something emotional in nature is always attached to a habit, and that’s why it exists. Examples of our subconscious minds hanging onto certain habits could be when someone began smoking at 16 and it felt “cool” or when your parents taught you to finish every piece of food on your plate. To change the way our subconscious mind runs, we focus on the clients’ ability to succeed.
Even if you’ve tried almost everything up to this point without success, hypnosis can help you achieve your goals. Change your bad habits today!
