Healthy Apple Blondies

Ingredients:
3 cups chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
11/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp liquid Stevia
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or another nut butter)
3 apples, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients (except apples) until very smooth in a food processor or blender.
Mix in apples and spread into a greased (or parchment-lined) 8×8 pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
